What is your return policy for prescription eyewear?
Since prescription lenses are custom-made to your specific vision needs, they are non-refundable. However, we offer a 30-day style exchange on frames and a 90-day prescription adaptation guarantee to ensure your total satisfaction with your new look and vision.
How long does it take to receive my new glasses?
Most custom prescription orders are completed within 7 to 14 business days. Specialized lens treatments or artisanal frames may take slightly longer. We will notify you immediately via text or email as soon as your eyewear has passed our quality inspection and is ready for pickup.
Do you offer international shipping for non-prescription sunglasses?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States for our boutique sunglasses and accessories. For our Seattle-based clients, we also offer convenient in-store pickup and professional fitting adjustments at no extra charge.
