Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Oculus Eyecare Seattle Optometrist, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-prescription eyewear and accessories. All returned items must be in their original, pristine condition with all designer packaging and tags included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Seattle boutique via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the eyewear in its original designer case and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
- 3.Ship to Boutique
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our Seattle office or drop it off in person during regular business hours.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our opticians verify the condition of the frames, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
